Where and when do I receive my order confirmation?

An email is always sent to the email address you entered when you bought your product. Also look at your rubbish bin as it may end up there if we are unlucky.

Order confirmation is sent out immediately after your purchase has gone through, if you in all probability still did not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order or regret it, we can in some cases stop the order. To do so, email us immediately hej@ancisport.se and then feel free to write your order number for faster handling.

However, if we have already had time to get the package away, it is not possible to stop it, but you can send it back for a full refund.

How long does it take before I receive my package?

Normal delivery time we usually say is between 1-3 days. We do everything we can to pack your order as soon as possible and get it off. 

But then our logistics partners can sometimes delay the extra day because we try to get it out as soon as possible so you get the package.

How do I claim a product?

According to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, ANCI Sport follows the right to be able to complain about a defective product for 3 years. However, not all complaints are approved during these 3 years, however, the consumer always has the right to complain about a product that may not last up to 3 years from the date of purchase. 

It is possible to complain about various forms such as production defects, but if you have mismanaged, which leads to misuse, mismanagement and wear and tear, etc. so the complaint does not cover this.

I miss my refund

If you have sent back a product you bought at ANCI Sport, we will make a refund to you as soon as we receive the package and see that it is unused and meets the requirements for a repurchase.

Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 7 days before you see the money in the account again.

I can not place an order for a product?

It can be due to many things, but probably not exactly what you are looking for in stock and therefore you can not place an order on it. 

If you are missing anything from our range, do not hesitate to contact us hej@ancisport.se then we'll probably solve it.


Payment

What payment methods are there?

We always try to find the easiest solutions for our customers to pay for their products.

We currently offer Klarna, card payment, invoice, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I miss my refund

If you have sent back a product you bought at ANCI Sport, we will make a refund to you as soon as we receive the package and see that it is unused and meets the requirements for a repurchase.

Can I pay by invoice?

It is possible to pay with an invoice and then it is the invoice via Klarna that applies.

The invoice will be sent at the same time as the product leaves our warehouse.

When do you deduct money from my debit card?

The amount you shopped for at ANCI Sport is usually deducted at the same time as the package leaves our warehouse with your products.

But after you have placed your order and received an order confirmation, the amount you bought is reserved until you receive a shipment confirmation from us, then the money is deducted.
