The cost of a return is something the customer must bear for themselves.
When the Customer regrets his purchase, ANCI Sport pays back the amount that the Customer paid for the product.
On the amount to be repaid, ANCI Sport has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such depreciation is due to the Customer having handled the product to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties or function.
ANCI Sport will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date ANCI Sport received the Customer's notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
However, ANCI Sport may wait with the refund until ANCI Sport has received the product or the Customer has shown that the product has been returned.
The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment alternative that the Customer chose at the time of purchase, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.
According to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, ANCI Sport follows the right to be able to complain about a defective product for 3 years. However, not all complaints are approved during these 3 years, however, the consumer always has the right to complain about a product that may not last up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
It is possible to complain about various forms such as production defects, but if you have mismanaged, which leads to misuse, mismanagement and wear and tear, etc. so the complaint does not cover this.

If you have sent back a product you bought at ANCI Sport, we will make a refund to you as soon as we receive the package and see that it is unused and meets the requirements for a repurchase.
Depending on the payment method, it can take up to 7 days before you see the money in the account again.
The easiest thing for both us and you is that we use repurchases and you get your money back if the product is in a condition that covers repurchases.
When this is done, you can in turn place a new order for the right product.
